Commission Fees and Payment

How will I earn?

• You earn 10%
• while buying images for yourself
• while buying images for your clients
• as soon as your web site visitor purchase product from Artmill Stock Photos
• You earn additional 5% from any sites joining as affiliates who come to us through you and your site!
• Our products attract people and excite curiosity. Your visitors click on banner to enjoy photo gallery. Even if they don't purchase services right away you still get paid. If your visitor returns to 5 years! we will still pay you the full 10% commission. That visitor doesn't even have to return through your site.
• We pay monthly on every sale tracked to your affiliate code and your 2nd tier affiliates.

When and how do I get paid?

You will be paid monthly by check when your Artmill account reaches a minimum of $25. If your earnings are less than $25, the amount will be carried over to the next month. Commission checks are issued within 35 days of the end of each month.

How long does the Artmill cookie last?

The Artmill cookie, a small file stored on the computer of somebody that clicks your affiliate link, last for 5 years. That means that if somebody clicks on your link and doesn't register right away, the will have a cookie with your referral ID on their computer, so if they register within the next 5 year, you will get credit. Please, be advised that in case contingency if file stored will be damaged Artmill decline all responsibility for information distortion.

Where will I find Artmill banners, buttons, and text links?

Simply log in to your Artmill account at www.artmill.org to access the variety of linking options.

How can I download graphics and logos from Artmill to my Web site?

All the graphics and logos are hosted on the Artmill server, and the linking codes at www.artmill.org include the code for the graphics. You may not host any Artmill graphics on your site.

May I link to Artmill from more than one Web site?

Yes. You are welcome to link to Artmill from multiple Web sites, as long as none of the sites violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourages illegal activity or racism; or features hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or materials, products, or services related to pornography. Submit the URLs for all sites, which you plan to use to promote Artmill, via email to info@ideamama.net.

Maintaining My Artmill Affiliate Account

Can I participate if I live outside Canada?

Any sites in English and based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or Australia are eligible to participate in the Artmill Affiliate Program. Also, commission payments for affiliates will be made in Canadian dollars only.

Does my Web site qualify for the Artmill Affiliate Program?

Anyone can apply for the program. However, Artmill reserves the right to refuse any site, especially if it contains unsuitable material. Web sites that would violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; encourage illegal activity or racism; or feature hard liquor, tobacco products, gambling, or materials, products, or services related to pornography will be deemed unacceptable for the Artmill Affiliate Program.

I don't have a Web site yet. Can I still apply to be an affiliate with Artmill?

No, you must have an existing Web site in order to become a Artmill affiliate.

Do I have to provide my social security number?

If you are business/corporation, we don't need your Social Security number.

How can I promote Artmill?

Artmill will provide banners, buttons, and text links that you can use on your site. We have found that the text links are the most effective marketing tool for generating Artmill membership registrations. In addition to your Web site, you may promote Artmill through an opt-in mailing list.

How will my visitors register for the Artmill  membership?

Your graphic and text links will take your visitors right to Artmill, so that registration is quick and easy.

How can I change my affiliate account information?

Simply log in to www.artmill.org, and scroll to the bottom of the page to update your account information.

My Web Site Promotion:

Can I change or personalize the images provided by Artmill?

No. It is not permissible to change or personalize any Artmill images.

Can I use Artmill  in my URL or in the name of my site?

No. The use of Artmill or any variation thereof in your URL or in the name of your site will be cause for your immediate dismissal from the affiliate program. In such a case when you breach the affiliate agreement, you thereby forfeit any earned commissions.

What kind of advertising can I do?

Be creative-write a newsletter for visitors to your site, write a testimonial about Artmill, write an article. Note that you may use any copy on www.artmill.org, but if you wish to write your own copy, you must send it to Artmill at info@ideamama.net for review.

What kind of advertising is prohibited?

You cannot send unsolicited email (aka spam) in any way. There will be no leniency in cases of unsolicited email, and affiliates in violation of this policy will forfeit their commissions and be removed from the program.

Can I do a press release or other kind of announcement regarding my affiliation with Artmill?

No.Artmill will issue any announcements to the media.
