Image Delivery
For the fastest service (online delivery within a few hours),
orders should be placed by telephone or fax on Monday through Friday between 8:00
am and 3:00 pm MST. Orders received by e-mail are processed and shipped (or delivered
by e-mail attachment) within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
Online Delivery: Artmill offers FREE online delivery
of licensed images. All digital images are scanned in 24-bit RGB. Images then
undergo a high quality JPEG compression to allow for shorter online download times.

Once an image license has been requested, we can deliver
the image usually within a few hours as an e-mail attachment. FTP (File Transfer
Protocol) is also available upon request.
CD-ROM Delivery: Each CD-ROM can accommodate from
20 to 600 images, depending on resolution, size, and whether the files are in
TIFF or JPEG format. The delivery charge is $5 per CD-ROM, plus shipping costs.
Delivery time is usually within 24 hours to 48 hours. |
